Our Famous Gordal Olives have been bottled up for you to take away & enjoy!
Our Gordal Olives have been hugely popular with guests since we opened over two years ago. They offer the perfect start to a meal, particularly when paired with our padron peppers and Galician Sourdough Bread.
So it’s no surprised we had a very enthusiastic reaction from our olive fans when we announced on our social channels that they were now available to take home! Our olives come in a bespoke Spanish Butcher jar and are available to purchase from a member of staff when you visit us on Miller Street in the Merchant City.
To replicate the Gordal olives on our menu, The Spanish Butcher’s head chef Dion Scott recommends that they are first drained them from their brine, arranged in bowl and finally drizzled with Picualia Family Reserve olive oil and sprinkled with flakes of sea salt to give them that extra depth of flavour and texture.
